Our Methodology
Empower Together Class™
Empower Together Class™ is an inclusive wellness program created by Coach Luis Gajardo, a Physical Fitness Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Special Needs Specialist with more than 30 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults of all abilities.
The program is designed to empower individuals with special needs through a fun, supportive, and structured environment where everyone can participate at their own pace and ability level.
Each class combines gross motor development, functional fitness, movement activities, obstacle courses, stretching, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, crystal singing bowls, and gong sound relaxation to help participants develop physically, emotionally, and socially.

Our Mission
To empower every individual to believe in themselves, discover their strengths, and reach their full potential while building stronger bodies, calmer minds, confident hearts, and meaningful connections within an inclusive community.Empower Yourself. Build Your Strength. Believe in You.
Buddies and Coaches Orientation
INDIGOGAP give a wonderful opportunity for our youth to volunteer their time and energy to our special needs players. Before starting the program, buddies and coaches need to go through an orientation class with coach Luis the director of the program to explain what is expected of them during the upcoming training. At orientation, review commitment requirements, give instructions on how to deal with special needs players and how the program is operated. Make sure to emphasize that buddies should focus on their relationship with their player as opposed to socializing with other buddies or showing off their sports skills. Prohibit cell phone use during sessions.
