STS™ Station Training for Success
STS™, Station Training For Success, is Pure’s exclusive training methodology developed by college coaches.  STS™ training enables athletes in all sports and of all levels to improve in various aspects of the game while having small player to coach ratios.  Athletes move from station to station throughout a 90-minute clinic or training session, working on a wide range of fundamental skills pertinent to that sport. Each station is developed to have players working in a time and intensity controlled environment where they have ample recovery time in between sets and stations.  STS™ training enables players to become proficient at every level of the game, no matter the sport.  Basic fundamental skills are the foundation of every player’s ability, and STS™ training enables players to excel in that most basic and most essential component.
