Breathwork Tip of the Day
Welcome to your daily moment of conscious breathing.
Taking just a few minutes each day to slow down and become aware of your breath can support relaxation, focus, body awareness, and emotional well-being.
Our daily tips are inspired by yoga, mindfulness, and Kundalini Yoga breathing practices and are designed to be simple and accessible.
Today's Practice:
Long, Slow Breathing
Time: 2–3 minutes
Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders.
Breathe in gently through your nose.
Allow your belly and ribs to naturally expand.
Then breathe out slowly through your nose, letting your body soften.
Continue at a comfortable pace for 2–3 minutes.
Don't force the breath or try to take the biggest breath possible. Simply make it slow, comfortable, and conscious.
Today's intention:
“With every breath, I create a little more space and calm.”
IndigoGap Daily Tip: Try this before starting your day, before an important activity, or anytime you want a quiet moment to reset.

5 Days of Breathwork
Breathe • Move • Believe • Empower
Welcome to IndigoGap’s Breathwork Tip of the Day. Take a few minutes each day to connect with your breath, calm your mind, become more aware of your body, and create a positive moment for yourself.
These practices are inspired by yoga, mindfulness, and gentle Kundalini Yoga traditions.
Day 1 — Meet Your Breath
2 minutes
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes or soften your gaze. Don't change your breathing yet—simply notice it.
Notice the inhale. Notice the exhale. Notice how your body moves.
Today's intention: “I am here.”
Day 2 — Slow Nasal Breathing
3 minutes
Gently breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your nose. Keep the breath comfortable and relaxed.
Let each exhale become slightly slower.
Today's intention: “I give myself permission to slow down.”
Day 3 — Long Deep Breathing
3–5 minutes
Place one hand on your belly. Inhale gently through your nose and feel your belly and ribs expand. Exhale slowly and allow your body to soften.
Never force a very deep breath.
Today's intention: “I breathe in calm and breathe out tension.”
Day 4 — Breath + Shoulder Release
3 minutes
Inhale while gently lifting your shoulders toward your ears. Exhale and slowly release them down.
Repeat 6–10 times, then sit quietly and breathe naturally.
Today's intention: “I release what I don't need.”
Day 5 — Longer Exhale
2–4 minutes
Inhale comfortably for about 3 counts. Exhale gently for about 4–5 counts.
If that feels uncomfortable, return to your normal breathing rhythm.
Today's intention: “I soften with every exhale.”
