Join us at IndigoGap Wellness Center for our Empower Together Class, created for children, teens, and adults with special needs. Through breathwork, mindfulness, gross motor activities, obstacle courses, fitness, meditation, and gong & crystal bowl relaxation, participants can move, connect, build confidence, and have fun in a welcoming and supportive environment.
