Indigo Store Policies

🛍 Our Mission

Every purchase and donation made through Indigo Store supports the Indigo Dreams Foundation, funding free programs for children and adults with special needs. Thank you for shopping with purpose!

1. Donations & Consignments

  • We accept gently used clothing, accessories, home décor, and select household items.

  • Items must be clean, in good condition, and free from strong odors or damage.

  • For consignment, items are evaluated by our team. Accepted items will be sold in-store or online, with [insert %] of proceeds benefiting the Indigo Dreams Foundation.

  • Unsold consignment items not claimed within [X days/weeks] may be donated.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. Because we are a nonprofit and most items are secondhand, we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • If an item is defective and this was not noted at the time of sale, please contact us within [7 days] for store credit or exchange consideration.

3. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Venmo / Zelle (optional if applicable)

4. Pick-Up & Hold Policy

  • Purchased items must be picked up within [30 days].

  • We offer a 24-hour hold on items upon request.

Prepare Your Items for Drop-Off or Pickup

At Indigo Store Bazaar, we offer two convenient options:
✅ Schedule a drop-off appointment — or —
🚗 Request a home pickup (within select areas)

To ensure a smooth and successful consignment process, please follow these guidelines:

 Items Must Be:

  • In Season and In Style

  • Like New and in Excellent Condition

  • Freshly Laundered with no odors

 Packaging Instructions:

  • Clothing must be neatly folded into unused or recycled plastic bags (10-gallon max – standard kitchen size)

 Jewelry, Shoes & Accessories:

  • Place items in original boxes (if available) inside the plastic bags

  • Jewelry must be untangled and include all working parts (clasps, earring backs, batteries, etc.)

 We Do NOT Accept:

  • Items with holes, stains, broken zippers, odors, pilling, or excessive wear

  • Knock-off designer items (e.g., fake Gucci, LV)

 Drop-Off Limit:

  • Maximum of 50 items per appointment

Commission Check Policy

Indigo Store Bazaar – Consignment Terms

Commission Payment

  • You will receive 40% commission on items that are sold.

  • Commission is paid in cash 30 days after the Expiration/Claim Date of your Consignment Contract.

Pricing Policy

  • All item pricing is determined exclusively by our Processing Department.

  • Prices are based on market demand, condition, and store inventory.

  • Pricing is not negotiable under any circumstances.

 Consignment Contract & Claim Date

  • Once your items are processed, you’ll receive a Consignment Contract via email.

  • This contract will include:

    • A list of accepted items

    • Your official Expiration/Claim Date – the end of your 45–60 day selling period (depending on the season)
