At IndigoGap Wellness Center, our Adaptive Group Wellness Program™ is a unique, inclusive class designed for individuals with special needs who are supported by a parent, caregiver, family member, friend, or counselor throughout the session.

This interactive program combines movement, fitness, mindfulness, and relaxation to help participants build confidence, independence, emotional well-being, and meaningful social connections in a safe, supportive environment.
