One-on-One Fitness Training:
all programs are based on an in-depth initial health, fitness, and lifestyle assessment. Individual sessions are scheduled at the duration and frequency best suited for the individual.
programs allow 2-3 people to workout together in a more economical way than one-on-one training. All programs still take into account individual needs and abilities but are more general so as to work for the "group."
sessions are designed on individual or small-group basis and focus on helping runners gain speed, power, agility and efficiency in their running. All programs are customized based on initial assessment, speed time trial, gait analysis, and specific goals of the individual.

STS training for Special Needs is a training methodology created by a college Coach Luis Gajardo (physical fitness Teacher). STS™ training enables kids in all sports and of all levels to improve Gross motor skills, Social Skills & physical fitness aspects of any Sports. Kids move from station to station throughout a 20 to 30-minute clinic or training session. Each station is developed to have kids working in a time and intensity controlled environment where they have fun and ample recovery time in between sets and stations. STS™ training enables kids to become proficient at every level of the game, no matter the sport. Basic fundamental skills are the foundation of every kid’s ability, and STS™ training enables kids to excel in that most basic and most essential component.
“Sports help children develop physical skills, get exercise, make friends, have fun, learn to play as member of a team, learn to play fair and improve self-esteem..”
